Booking page

A page that takes bookings while you work

Your services, prices, hours and real availability on a page you can share tonight. Clients pick a slot and pay to hold it, so the diary fills without a phone call, a DM thread or a web developer.

14 days of Pro free, no card and no call. After that $19 a month flat, one price for the whole practice, or stay on the free tier.

What a client sees: services with honest prices, real free slots, and payment before the slot is theirs.

This is a real page shape, not a website project. It is generated from the services and hours you set in the app, hosted for you, and it is the same product as your calendar, so it can never show a slot you do not have.

Sample data. Made-up names and a made-up week, not a customer.

    What you use today

Today your front door is a phone that must be answered

Every booking needs you: to answer, to negotiate a time, to send the payment link, to remember to write it down. The business stops taking bookings whenever you are doing the actual work.

    6 to 10

    Messages per booking

    unknown, real

    Bookings lost to slow replies

    the hours you work

    Hours you can answer

The cruel loop: the busier you are, the worse you are at taking the next booking. A page breaks the loop because it answers instantly at 11 pm.

    How it works

    Step 1

    Set services and hours once

Each service with its duration, price and buffer. Your working hours and closed days. The page computes real availability from your actual calendar.

    Step 2

    Share one link everywhere

operate1.com/p/your-name, or your own domain on Pro. In the Instagram bio, the WhatsApp auto-reply, the Google Business Profile. One link replaces the conversation.

    Step 3

    Paid bookings land themselves

The client picks a slot, pays by card, or by UPI in India, through your own account, and the booking, the payment and the reminder schedule all exist before you even look at your phone.

    Competitor reality

The alternative is a marketplace listing or a website project

You can be a row in someone else's directory, or you can commission a website that still cannot take a paid booking. Both miss the point.

    Marketplace directories

    Category pattern
    Their price, their terms
Booking marketplaces list your practice in their directory, rank you against your peers, and monetise the demand side through listings, leads or commissions.
Where it falls short for you
The marketplace model: the profile, the reviews and the client relationship accrue to the platform's directory. On your own page, the client list and the link are yours.

Source: The platforms' own provider and listing pages.

    Per-seat scheduling links

    Category pattern
    Their price, their terms
Calendly, Acuity, Setmore and similar tools price per user, with payments, reminders or branding removal often gated to higher tiers.
Where it falls short for you
A meeting link is not a practice front door. The slot gets booked, and the client's history, the package they bought and the payment against it have nowhere to live.

Source: The vendors' own published pricing pages.

    Zoho Bookings

    Published
    Their price, their terms
A genuinely free tier for one user with calendar sync and reminders, then Basic and Premium per user, monthly or annual. Local-currency figures were not published on the page we read.
Where it falls short for you
A strong booking page for meetings. What it does not carry is the rest of the operation: the client record behind the booking and the package economics on top of it.

    Source: zoho.com/bookings pricing, read 4 August 2026.

Every figure above is what the vendor themselves publish, or is marked as coming from a third party, and the vendors named are the ones a practice like yours would actually shortlist. Much of this category quotes per seat and bills the year upfront, so compare the cash you hand over on day one, not the sticker. Research recorded 4 August 2026. Prices move. Check the vendor's own page before you decide, and if their tool fits you better, buy theirs.

    What you are probably thinking

Can I embed the booking flow in my existing website?

Yes. Paste two lines of code and the booking flow renders inside your own page, on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or plain HTML. It resizes itself and the bookings land in the same diary. One honest limit: bookings made inside the widget are settled at the venue rather than paid online, so if you need payment up front, link out to your booking page instead.

I already get bookings on WhatsApp. Why change?

Keep WhatsApp; change what you send. Reply with the link instead of starting a negotiation. The client books and pays in the page, the chat stays for relationship, and the six-message scheduling dance disappears.

What does the page look like on a phone?

It is built phone-first, because that is where your clients are. Services, slots and payment all work on a small screen, and your own admin view does too, so you can run the day from your pocket.

Do I need to buy a domain?

No. Every account gets a hosted page at operate1.com/p/your-name from day one, including on Free. If you want your own domain, connect it on Pro. Neither needs a developer.

Booking-page capability that is not built yet

The page, the paid flow and the custom domain are shipped. These are not:

    • Online payment inside the embedded widget. The widget takes the booking; money is settled at the venue.
    • Multiple page themes. There is one considered layout, not a theme gallery.
    • Pages in languages other than English. English today.
    • A blog or content sections on the micro-site. It is a booking page, not a CMS.

    Publish the page tonight

Free plan, no card, no call. Set three services, share the link in your bio, and let the first booking arrive while you sleep. If it does not change how the week fills, delete the account yourself.

What you are risking on Pro

14 days free, no card. After that $19 a month flat. Billed monthly, so the most you can ever be out of pocket is one month.

Cancel yourself in the app. No retention call, no email chain, no notice period. One-click full export is being built now. Until it lands, ask us and we send you every record we hold, in a format you can open.

Subscription fees are not refundable, so if you are unsure, stay on monthly rather than prepaying the year. Cancelling stops the next charge and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Being straight about the limit: the 14-Day Move Guarantee, where we move your records for you or your next three months are free, is on Business, not Pro. On Pro you do the import yourself.

    Written up per trade

Who this is for, in their own words
