One flat price. Your whole team. Zero commission.
Most scheduling tools charge per seat, so the price climbs with every hire. Operate1 is $19 a month for the whole account, however many people work in it, and you can cancel yourself in the app without speaking to anyone.
Prices are in US dollars. We take no commission on the payments your clients make to you, on any plan.

Five people, first year
Sticker price is not the number that decides this. Almost every scheduling tool prices per seat, so the real question is what a working team pays over a year. Here is that arithmetic for a five-person team on each vendor's paid plan, in the vendor's own published prices.
| Vendor and plan | Year one, five people | Note | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Operate1 Pro, annual | $190 | Flat for the whole account. Unlimited practitioners and staff | Our price |
| Acuity Growing | $324 | $27 a month, capped at 6 calendars | Published |
| Doodle Pro, 5 users | $417 | $6.95 per user per month, billed annually. No payments, no client records | Published |
| Zcal Pro, 5 seats | $420 | $7 per seat per month. No client records or packages | Published |
| Cal.com Teams cloud, 5 seats | $720 | $12 per seat per month. Scheduling only | Published |
| Calendly Teams, 5 users | $960 | $16 per user per month. Client records and packages not included | Published |
Read this honestly, because you can check it in ninety seconds
If you are one person who only needs a booking link, Setmore Pro at $5 a user on annual billing and Doodle Pro at $6.95 are genuinely cheaper than us, and you should consider them. What we sell is different: one flat price whatever your headcount, payment taken at booking, a real client record behind every booking, and prepaid packages that deduct themselves. The moment there is a second person or a records obligation, the arithmetic turns our way.
Where our numbers come from
Figures marked Published are taken from the vendor's own pricing page and are quoted in the vendor's own currency and billing terms. Each comparison page on this site cites its sources. If you find a figure that has moved, tell us and we will correct it.
We take no cut of your payments. On any plan.
Every dollar a client pays you goes to you. Operate1 charges the subscription above and nothing else: no percentage of your sessions, no per-transaction fee, on Free, Pro, and Business alike. Calendly Standard and Zcal Free both add 3 percent on top of the gateway. We add nothing.
The one cost that is not ours
Your payment gateway charges its own standard processing fee, exactly as it would if you used it without us. That fee passes through to the gateway directly. None of it comes to Operate1, and we add nothing on top.
The 14-Day Move Guarantee
Sign up for Business, send us your records in whatever format you have them, Excel, Google Sheets, a CSV, or an export from your current software, and book your setup call.
Within 14 days of that call we will have your records live in Operate1, your consent notices written for your profession, and your retention schedule configured.
If we miss the fourteenth day, your next three months are free. You do not have to ask and you do not have to prove anything. We watch the clock, and if we are late we email you and apply the credit.
Two things we need from you, because we cannot do them for you: send the records within 3 days of signing up, and turn up to the setup call. If either does not happen, the clock starts when it does.
What this guarantee is not
It is a promise about our delivery, not a promise about your legal position. Operate1 is building consent capture, a retention schedule, a deletion log, an audit trail, and request handling. Whether your practice complies with the privacy law that applies to it, GDPR, a US state statute, or India's DPDP Act, depends on how you run it and on advice from a lawyer, which we are not. We do not guarantee a regulatory outcome and we never will.
No refunds, and here is the honest trade
Subscription fees are not refundable, monthly or annual. What you get instead of a refund promise is a monthly bill you can stop any month, no lock-in, and a free tier you can test for as long as you like before a dollar moves. If you are unsure, do not prepay the year.
Leaving is a feature
Cancel yourself in the app. There is no retention call and no advisor step. Your data export lives at account, data export and you can take it before you go or after. Account deletion is self-serve too.
The founding cohort
Operate1 launched in 2026 and has no customers to point at yet. We are not going to invent any. What we have instead is a commitment we can hold ourselves to.
The first 200 paid accounts keep $19 and $49 for 12 months from the day they sign up. After 200, pricing rises. We are saying this out loud so you can hold us to it, and so that if you check this page in six months and the price has not moved, you know we kept our word.
Migration is founder time, roughly two hours per practice, so the number of Business practices we can onboard in a month is genuinely limited. When the month is full we say so and offer a place next month rather than taking your money and queueing you quietly.
The questions people actually ask
Calendly starts at $10 a user. Why pay $19?
Because you are buying different things. Calendly books time. Operate1 books time, takes the payment at booking, keeps a permanent client record, and runs prepaid packages that deduct themselves. And the per-seat model means Calendly's price climbs with every hire, while ours does not move. If a meeting link is genuinely all you need, Calendly is the better buy and we say so on our comparison page.
You do not have calendar sync, SMS reminders, or video links.
Correct, and we would rather you heard it from us. Google and Outlook calendar sync is not built, reminders are email only today, and we do not generate Zoom or Meet links. If two-way calendar sync is a hard requirement, choose a different tool today and check our integrations page for what is planned. We publish what is missing at the same volume as what is built.
Why pay $49 when $19 already has the records?
On Pro you do the migration yourself, you use our template notice, and you get next-business-day email support. On Business we do the migration inside 14 days or your next three months are free, your notice is drafted for your profession rather than templated, and you get a 4-hour first response. If you are solo with forty clients and no staff, buy Pro. We will tell you that on the call.
Are there setup fees? What is not included?
There is no setup fee, no onboarding fee, no per-seat fee, and no credit wallet for reminders. The subscription is the whole price. The one optional extra is a custom domain for your booking page at $20 one time. Your payment gateway's processing fee is the gateway's, as it would be with any tool.
I got sold a fixed price once and then the billing model changed.
Fair, and it is a documented complaint about this category rather than a hypothetical. Ours: the price is published on this page, the founding cohort lock is 12 months and we say so rather than promising forever, there is no marketplace, no lead sales, and no cut of your sessions. The export button is in the app, not in a support queue.
Pricing questions, answered directly
How much does operate1 cost?
Free is $0 a month and stays free. Pro is $19 a month or $190 a year. Business is $49 a month or $490 a year. Annual billing is two months free. Prices are in US dollars.
Does operate1 charge per user?
No. The price is per account, not per person. Staff seats are unlimited on every paid plan, so the fiftieth practitioner costs the same as the second, which is nothing. There is no setup fee either.
Does operate1 take a commission on the payments my clients make?
No, on every plan including the free one. Clients pay into your own connected payment gateway account and the money settles to you. You pay the gateway's standard processing fee and nothing else. There is no platform fee and no revenue share anywhere in operate1.
What does the free plan include?
Up to 100 bookings a month, 5 services and 50 client records, on a booking page that carries operate1 branding, with email reminders and the client record included. It is perpetual, it needs no card, and it takes no commission.
Can I cancel, and do I get a refund?
You can cancel any month, yourself, inside the app. Your plan then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Subscription fees are not refundable, monthly or annual. There is no lock-in, and your full data export is available before and after you cancel.
Are there setup fees or hidden charges?
No. The subscription is the whole price. There is no setup fee, no onboarding fee, no per-seat fee, and no credit wallet for reminders. The one optional extra is a custom domain at $20 one time.
How operate1 compares to the tools you are probably using
Each page below sets out the same feature grid, the price of both tools for a real team size, and the cases where the other tool is the better answer.
