Cancellation and Refund Policy
Last updated: August 9, 2026
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your operate1 subscription in any month, yourself, from inside the app. There is no notice period, no retention call, and no "speak to an advisor" step. Cancellation stops all future charges, and your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, whether that period is a month or a year.
2. Refunds
operate1 does not offer refunds. Subscription fees, monthly and annual, are non-refundable once charged, and no partial or pro-rata refund is issued for the unused remainder of a billing period after cancellation.
The only exceptions are a refund required by applicable law, or a refund we issue to correct a billing error on our side, such as a duplicate charge. If you believe you have been charged in error, write to support@operate1.com with the payment reference and we will investigate.
What you have instead of a refund promise: a free tier with no time limit to evaluate the product, monthly billing you can stop any month, no lock-in, and a full export of your data whenever you leave.
3. Payments to service providers
If you are a client who booked or paid a service professional through their operate1 booking page, your payment went to that provider, not to operate1. Each provider is an independent business and sets their own cancellation and refund policy for their services. Requests to cancel a booking or refund a session payment must be made to the provider directly, and this policy does not apply to those payments.
4. Your data when you leave
Cancelling does not trap your records. You can export your clients, bookings, and payment history in full at account, data export before or after you cancel, and you can delete your account and its data yourself from inside the app. Retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.
