For language trainers and skill coaches

Spoken English at 7 am, IELTS batch at 6 pm

For language trainers and skill coaches mixing one-to-one sessions with batch courses. A private IELTS hour and a spoken English batch are different services at different prices, both booked from one page, both paid through your own account before the first class.

Free plan, no card and no call. One flat monthly price when you upgrade, zero commission on payments, cancel yourself in the app.

    Who this is for

Written for the way language and skill trainers actually run

    • Spoken English and IELTS trainers running privates plus evening batches
    • German, French and Japanese tutors teaching working professionals
    • Skill trainers in public speaking, interview prep or writing
    • Trainers whose day is a patchwork of chat-negotiated timings

    What operate1 replaces

A booking tool, a payment link, a client spreadsheet and a reminders routine, folded into one account at one flat monthly price.

Zero commission on every plan. You connect your own payment account and the money settles to you; we charge the subscription and nothing else.

Three things that go wrong every week

One-to-one students and batch students pay different fees on different schedules, and the mix lives in your head and three chat threads.

Each offering is its own listed service: a one-to-one hour at its fee, the full batch course at its fee, a trial session at a trial price. The page keeps the mix straight and every payment lands on the right student's record.

A free demo is promised to every enquiry, and half the demos no-show because a free promise costs the student nothing.

List the demo as a bookable slot, free or token-priced. A booked demo with a confirmation and email reminders shows up far more often than a promised one, and a token fee filters the casual from the serious.

Working professionals book a 7 am slot in a moment of resolve and cancel at 6:45. Your morning is gone either way.

Sessions are paid at booking, and your cancellation window and fee are published policy. The 6:45 cancellation now has a cost, and it is not yours.

    How it works

    How a booking runs here

    1. Privates and batches on one page

A one-to-one conversation hour, an eight-week IELTS course, a trial class. Each with its own duration, timing and fee at your own link.

    2. Students book from real availability

Your teaching windows, closed days and buffers decide what is offered. Early morning privates and evening batches do not collide.

    3. Paid before the first class

UPI, card or net banking through your own Razorpay account, or Stripe for students paying with international cards. Zero operate1 commission on every plan.

    4. Progress lives on the record

Level, target band score, session notes and every payment against each student. Email reminders go out at 24 hours and 2 hours.

What you get on day one

One-to-one and batch on one page

Different formats, durations and fees as separate services. The student picks the format; the page books the right slot length.

    Course fees paid up front

Collect the full course fee at enrolment through your own account. International students pay by card through Stripe.

    Level check before class one

An intake form collects current level, goal and exam date. Answers land on the student's record, so class one starts with teaching.

    A record per learner

Goal, level, session notes, payments and history in one place, searchable when the student returns after six months.

Reminders that protect the 7 am slot

Automatic email reminders at 24 hours and 2 hours before every booked session, unmetered.

    Know what actually earns

Revenue per service from real bookings, so you can see whether privates or batches deserve more of your week.

    Not built yet, named plainly

Asked for by trainers, not built yet.

    • Batch capacity and waitlists. A batch course is listed as a service and each student enrols and pays against their own record, but headcount caps and per-student attendance in a shared slot are not built.
    • Video call links per booking. Paste your own Zoom or Meet link into the service description; automatic link generation is on the roadmap.
    • Google Calendar sync. Your operate1 calendar is the source of truth today.
    • Study material hosting and mock tests. operate1 handles bookings, fees and records, not course content.

Questions language and skill trainers ask us

Can I run both one-to-one sessions and group batches?

Yes. List each as its own service with its own duration and fee. For batches, each student enrols and pays individually against their own record; what is not built is capacity management, so the software does not cap the batch headcount.

    How do online classes work?

The booking, payment, reminders and record are handled. The video call itself is not: put your own Zoom or Meet link in the service description and students join from there at class time.

    Can students abroad pay me?

Yes. International students pay by card through Stripe, and students can also pay by UPI, card or net banking through your Razorpay account. Both settle to your own accounts with zero operate1 commission.

What if a student wants to reschedule?

They cancel and rebook from the page inside your published cancellation window. Outside the window, your fee percentage applies automatically, which is what keeps the 7 am slots honest.
