For music teachers and dance instructors

Teach the class. The page runs the schedule

For guitar, keyboard, vocal, Bharatanatyam and western dance teachers juggling one-to-one lessons and weekly classes. Students book real slots, pay online, and a pack of eight lessons is sold up front in one payment instead of collected one awkward reminder at a time.

Free plan, no card and no call. One flat monthly price when you upgrade, zero commission on payments, cancel yourself in the app.

    Who this is for

Written for the way music and dance classes actually run

    • Music teachers taking one-to-one lessons at home or a studio
    • Dance instructors running weekly classes plus private choreography sessions
    • Teachers whose class packs are tracked in a notebook and half forgotten
    • Anyone rescheduling lessons over chat while trying to teach one

    What operate1 replaces

A booking tool, a payment link, a client spreadsheet and a reminders routine, folded into one account at one flat monthly price.

Zero commission on every plan. You connect your own payment account and the money settles to you; we charge the subscription and nothing else.

Three things that go wrong every week

Monthly fees arrive in cash, late, or over UPI screenshots you match to names at night. A student who quietly stops coming often stops paying first.

List the monthly fee or a class pack as a priced service. The student or parent pays online through your own account, the payment sits on their record, and who has paid for the month is a list, not detective work.

Reschedules eat the week. A student cancels an hour before, the slot dies, and you spend the evening shuffling three other lessons over chat.

Students book and rebook from your real availability themselves. Your cancellation window and fee are published on the page, so a last-minute cancellation is no longer free by default.

A pack of eight lessons was agreed in March. By June nobody is sure how many are used, and you are too polite to argue.

Sell the pack as a prepaid bundle, collected up front in one payment. Every lesson booked afterwards sits on the student's record, so the history of what was taken is written down rather than remembered.

    How it works

    How a booking runs here

    1. Lessons and classes go on your page

A 45 minute guitar lesson, a one hour dance class, a wedding choreography session at its own price. Each is a service with its own duration and fee.

    2. Students book real slots

Availability comes from your teaching hours, closed days and buffers between lessons, so back-to-back students never overlap.

    3. Packs and fees are paid up front

A class pack is a prepaid bundle bought in one payment. Monthly fees are paid online by UPI or card through your own Razorpay account.

    4. The record keeps the history

Lessons taken, payments made, exam grade, the piece they are working on. All on the student's record, with email reminders before each session.

What you get on day one

    Class packs, prepaid

Sell eight lessons at your bundle price, collected up front in one payment. Bookings afterwards accumulate on the record.

    Fees online, into your account

UPI, cards and net banking through your own gateway, with zero operate1 commission on every plan. Cash and screenshots retire.

    Slots that respect your day

Teaching hours, closed days and buffers shape what the page offers. A student cannot book over your riyaz or your own practice time.

    A record per student

Level, exam board, the piece in progress and every past lesson and payment against one name.

    A cancellation policy in writing

Set the window and fee once. It is published on the page and applied automatically, so you never have that conversation mid-lesson.

A page for the bio link

Your classes, fees and booking link on a hosted page, with your own domain on Pro. It replaces the price-list screenshot.

    Not built yet, named plainly

What music and dance teachers ask about that is not in the product yet.

    • Group class capacity and attendance. Each bookable slot is one booking today; a weekly group class can be listed and fees collected, but headcount caps, per-student attendance and waitlists are not built.
    • Automatic monthly billing. A monthly fee is the student paying the listed fee each month; auto-renewing subscriptions are not built.
    • Automatic credit deduction on packs. A pack is a prepaid bundle; lessons are counted on the record rather than by a ledger.
    • Zoom or Meet links generated per booking. For online lessons, paste your own meeting link into the service description as a workaround.

Questions music and dance classes ask us

    How do class packs work?

You list the pack, say eight lessons, at your bundle price and the student pays once up front. Each lesson they book afterwards lands on their record, so both of you can see what has been taken. Automatic credit deduction is not built; the record is the count.

Can I collect monthly fees for weekly classes?

Yes. List the month as a priced service and the student or parent pays it online each month through your own account. It is a manual payment each month, not an auto-charged subscription.

Can I teach online lessons through this?

Bookings and payments, yes. Video calls are not built in, so teachers put their own Zoom or Meet link in the service description and the student uses it at lesson time.

What happens when a student cancels late?

Your published policy applies itself. You set a cancellation window and a fee percentage once, it appears on the booking page, and it is applied to the paid booking automatically.
