For yoga studios and independent yoga teachers

Teach the class. Let the page run the desk

For yoga studios and independent teachers taking bookings over calls and collecting fees over UPI screenshots. Sessions go on one page, payment arrives before the mat is rolled out, and each student's injuries and history live on a record you can check before class.

Free plan, no card and no call. One flat monthly price when you upgrade, zero commission on payments, cancel yourself in the app.

    Who this is for

Written for the way yoga studios actually run

    • Studios running morning and evening batches with a small teaching team
    • Independent teachers doing private sessions at home or online
    • Studios where fee collection means chasing students every month
    • Teachers who keep injury notes in their head and hope for the best

    What operate1 replaces

A booking tool, a payment link, a client spreadsheet and a reminders routine, folded into one account at one flat monthly price.

Zero commission on every plan. You connect your own payment account and the money settles to you; we charge the subscription and nothing else.

Three things that go wrong every week

Fees arrive as UPI screenshots at random hours, and the first week of every month is spent matching payments to students and chasing the rest.

Students pay on the page when they book a session or buy a course bundle. The money lands in your own account, the payment lands on the student's record, and the screenshot-matching evening disappears.

A new student walks in with a slipped disc she mentions in passing, and whether the teacher on duty knows depends on who was there when she said it.

An intake form asks about injuries and conditions before the first session, and the answers attach to her record. Any teacher can read it in the minute before class instead of finding out mid-asana.

The 6 am batch is full on paper, but two regulars have quietly stopped coming and you found out a month of unpaid classes later.

Bookings and payments are real data. The analytics show who is actually attending and paying, and repeat rate per student stops being a feeling.

    How it works

    How a booking runs here

    1. Sessions and courses on one page

A private session, a trial class, a monthly course sold as a prepaid bundle. Each with its own duration and price at your own link.

    2. Students book around your batches

Your teaching hours, closed days and buffers shape what the page offers. List each batch time as its own bookable service so the timetable is public and honest.

    3. Fees collected before the session

UPI, card or net banking through your own Razorpay account. A booked slot is a paid slot.

    4. The practice history builds

Visits, payments, injury flags and your notes accumulate per student. Email reminders at 24 hours and 2 hours keep the batch on time.

What you get on day one

    Batch timings as bookable services

The 6 am batch, the 7:30 pm batch and a private session are each their own service with honest timings and prices.

    Course fees as prepaid bundles

Sell a month of classes or a beginners' course at your bundle price, paid once, up front, into your account.

Injury intake before the first class

Ask about conditions, injuries and pregnancy before a student joins. Answers land on the record, not in an inbox.

    A record per student

History, payments, flags and notes per person, readable by whichever teacher takes the batch today.

    UPI at booking, zero commission

Fees settle to your own gateway account. operate1 takes no cut on any plan.

    A studio page you own

Timetable, prices and the booking link on a hosted page, with your own domain on Pro. No web developer required.

    Not built yet, named plainly

What yoga studios ask about that is not in the product yet.

    • Class capacity limits and waitlists. Each bookable slot is one booking today, so a batch with a 20-student cap is not enforceable by the page yet.
    • Recurring monthly memberships. Courses today are prepaid bundles a student buys again, not auto-renewing subscriptions.
    • Zoom or Google Meet links on bookings. Online teachers share the link themselves today; automatic video links are on the roadmap.
    • WhatsApp reminders. Reminders are email today.

    Questions yoga studios ask us

Can students book into a batch with limited spots?

Not with an enforced cap yet. Each bookable slot is one booking today, which suits private sessions and trial classes. For batches, studios list the batch time as a service and manage the headcount themselves; capacity limits are on the roadmap.

    How do monthly fees work?

As prepaid bundles. A student buys the month or the course up front in one payment, and renewing means buying again. Auto-renewing memberships are not built, and we would rather say so plainly.

I teach online. Does this work for me?

Yes, with one honest gap: bookings, payment and reminders all work, but the page does not generate a Zoom or Meet link automatically. Teachers share their session link themselves, usually in the reminder window.

Can I offer a free trial class?

Yes. List the trial as a service with a zero fee, and it books like anything else. The student still lands on a record, so if they join, their history starts from day one.
