For ayurveda clinics and panchakarma centres

The full course, paid up front. Every sitting on the record

For ayurveda clinics and panchakarma centres whose treatments run as courses: seven days of abhyanga, a fourteen-day panchakarma. The course is sold as one prepaid package, each sitting is a booked slot, and the vaidya's notes build up on the patient's record.

Free plan, no card and no call. One flat monthly price when you upgrade, zero commission on payments, cancel yourself in the app.

    Who this is for

Written for the way ayurveda and wellness actually run

    • Ayurveda clinics running consultation plus therapy-course treatment
    • Panchakarma centres scheduling daily sittings over one to three weeks
    • Wellness centres mixing therapies, diet consults and follow-ups
    • Vaidyas whose patient histories live in beautiful, unsearchable ledgers

    What operate1 replaces

A booking tool, a payment link, a client spreadsheet and a reminders routine, folded into one account at one flat monthly price.

Zero commission on every plan. You connect your own payment account and the money settles to you; we charge the subscription and nothing else.

Three things that go wrong every week

A fourteen-day course collected day by day produces fourteen chances to drop off, and a patient who stops at day nine leaves the treatment and the revenue both unfinished.

The course is a prepaid package: one payment, up front, into your own account, before day one. Commitment is settled before the first sitting, and completion becomes a care conversation.

Daily sittings across therapists and rooms are choreographed verbally each morning, and one reschedule ripples through the whole week.

Each sitting is a booked slot against real availability, with buffers for room turnover. A reschedule updates the calendar rather than the morning meeting.

The vaidya's assessment, the prakriti notes and what was done in each sitting live in a paper ledger only one person can find things in.

Consultation notes, intake answers and sitting-by-sitting history live on the patient's record, searchable in seconds and readable by the therapist before the patient is on the table.

    How it works

    How a booking runs here

    1. Consultations and courses on the page

A vaidya consultation, single therapies, and course packages at your package price. Each with honest durations, on your link or your own domain on Pro.

    2. Sittings booked as real slots

Daily sittings scheduled against therapist hours with room-turnover buffers, so the week is planned once, not renegotiated daily.

    3. The package is paid before day one

UPI, card or net banking through your own Razorpay account, international cards through Stripe. Zero operate1 commission on every plan.

    4. The record carries the course

Intake, consultation notes, each sitting and each payment on one record per patient. Email reminders at 24 hours and 2 hours keep daily attendance honest.

What you get on day one

    Treatment courses as prepaid packages

A seven or fourteen day course at your package price, collected in one payment before it begins. Tracked on the record.

    Daily sittings, actually scheduled

Each sitting is a booked slot with buffers for room reset. The week's choreography lives on the calendar.

    The vaidya's notes, searchable

Assessment, prakriti notes and sitting history per patient, readable by the right people at the right time.

    Intake before the consultation

History, conditions and consent collected up front by a form whose answers attach to the patient's record.

    Package fees into your account

UPI and cards at booking through your own gateway. No day-by-day collection, no cash ledger.

    Therapists and vaidyas, one price

Add the whole team without per-seat charges, each with their own bookable services and hours.

    Not built yet, named plainly

What ayurveda centres ask about that is not built yet.

    • Automatic sitting deduction from a course. A course is a prepaid bundle; sittings are counted on the record, and a credit ledger is on the roadmap.
    • Room and therapy-table resource booking. Availability is per practitioner today, so centres run one calendar per room where that matters.
    • In-stay or residential package management with accommodation. operate1 books sessions, not rooms and meals.
    • WhatsApp reminders and Hindi or regional-language pages. Email and English today; both are on the roadmap.

Questions ayurveda and wellness ask us

How is a panchakarma course sold?

As one prepaid package at your package price, paid up front through your own account. The daily sittings are then booked as slots and tracked on the patient's record. There is no automatic sitting deduction or expiry clock yet.

Can we schedule fourteen daily sittings in advance?

Yes. Book each day's sitting as its own appointment when the course starts, and the whole fortnight is on the calendar with reminders going out before every sitting.

Can the therapist see the vaidya's notes?

If you grant it, yes. Access is role-based, so you decide whether a therapist sees full notes or just the schedule. The records themselves belong to the centre's account and are exportable on request.

Do we pay commission on package payments?

No. operate1 takes zero commission on every plan. Package payments go through your own Razorpay or Stripe account, and only the gateway's own processing fee applies.
