For physiotherapy clinics and independent physios

Ten sessions, one record, no fee chasing in between

For physiotherapy clinics and home-visit physios whose work runs in courses: ten sessions for a frozen shoulder, six for a knee. The course is paid up front as a package, every session's notes land on the patient's record, and the schedule stops living in the phone.

Free plan, no card and no call. One flat monthly price when you upgrade, zero commission on payments, cancel yourself in the app.

    Who this is for

Written for the way physiotherapy actually run

    • Physio clinics running back-to-back 30 and 45 minute sessions
    • Independent physios doing home visits with travel between patients
    • Clinics where course fees are collected session by session, or late
    • Physios whose progress notes live in a diary only they can read

    What operate1 replaces

A booking tool, a payment link, a client spreadsheet and a reminders routine, folded into one account at one flat monthly price.

Zero commission on every plan. You connect your own payment account and the money settles to you; we charge the subscription and nothing else.

Three things that go wrong every week

A ten-session course paid per session is really ten small negotiations, and patients quietly drop off at session six with four unpaid promises behind them.

Sell the course as a prepaid package: one payment, up front, into your own account, before session one. Completion becomes a treatment question rather than a collection problem.

Each session's findings, the range-of-motion progress, what was done and what is next, sit in a diary. A covering physio starts from the referral slip.

Session notes go on the patient's record, visit by visit. Anyone treating that patient reads the course so far in two minutes, and the patient never repeats their history to a new face.

Rescheduling is constant in physio, and every change is a call, a diary correction and a risk of two patients in one slot.

Patients book and reschedule against your real availability. Buffers protect the gap between sessions, and home-visit physios add travel buffers so the calendar cannot promise the impossible.

    How it works

    How a booking runs here

    1. Sessions and courses on the page

An assessment, a 30-minute session, a 45-minute session, and course packages at your bundle price. Each with its own duration and fee.

    2. Patients book real slots

Availability from your hours and existing bookings, with buffers between sessions and travel buffers for home visits.

    3. The course is paid before it starts

UPI, card or net banking through your own Razorpay account. Zero operate1 commission on every plan.

    4. Progress lives on the record

Session notes, intake answers and payments accumulate per patient. Email reminders at 24 hours and 2 hours protect attendance mid-course.

What you get on day one

    Treatment courses, prepaid

Six or ten sessions at your course price, collected in one payment before treatment starts. Tracked on the record.

    Session-by-session notes

Findings, progress and plan against each visit on the patient's record, readable by any physio who treats them next.

    Intake and consent up front

History, pain scores and consent collected before the first session. Answers attach to the record, not an inbox.

    Buffers and travel time

Space sessions apart, and give home visits the travel minutes they really need. The page never offers an impossible slot.

    Fees into your own account

UPI and cards at booking. No per-session cash handling, no month-end reconciliation.

    Mid-course attendance, protected

Email reminders at 24 hours and 2 hours before every session. Course drop-off falls when patients are reminded.

    Not built yet, named plainly

What physios ask about that is not built yet.

    • Automatic session deduction from a course. A course is a prepaid bundle; sessions are counted on the record, and a credit ledger with balances is on the roadmap.
    • Exercise programme delivery to patients. Records hold your notes; a home-exercise app does not exist.
    • WhatsApp reminders. Email today, WhatsApp on the roadmap.
    • Insurance billing and claim paperwork. Not built.

    Questions physiotherapy ask us

How does a ten-session course work?

You list it as a package at your course price and the patient pays once, up front, into your account. Sessions are booked normally and counted on the patient's record. There is no automatic credit deduction or expiry clock yet.

Can another physio in my clinic see my patient's progress?

If you give them access, yes. Records belong to the clinic's account with role-based access, so a covering physio reads the session notes and continues the course rather than starting blind.

I do home visits. Can the calendar handle travel?

Yes. Set buffers on your services so the calendar spaces visits apart, and set bookable hours per day so the page never offers a slot you cannot physically reach.

What happens if a patient stops coming mid-course?

The course was paid up front, so the money question is already settled; what remains is clinical follow-up, which the record supports with their history and your notes. Refunds, if you offer one, stay your decision and your policy.
