You coach the sessions. The page runs the business
For independent trainers juggling clients across a gym floor, home visits and chat threads. One link sells your sessions and packs, payment arrives before the workout, and every client's programme notes live on a record instead of in your camera roll.
Free plan, no card and no call. One flat monthly price when you upgrade, zero commission on payments, cancel yourself in the app.

Who this is for
Written for the way personal trainers actually run
- Freelance trainers working across one or more gyms
- Trainers doing home and society-gym visits with travel in between
- Coaches whose client chat threads double as an unpaid admin job
- Trainers who want their client book to survive changing gyms
What operate1 replaces
A booking tool, a payment link, a client spreadsheet and a reminders routine, folded into one account at one flat monthly price.
Zero commission on every plan. You connect your own payment account and the money settles to you; we charge the subscription and nothing else.
Three things that go wrong every week
Collecting session fees means asking, reminding and sometimes letting it slide because the client relationship matters more than one payment.
The page does the asking. A session is paid when it is booked, a pack is paid when it is bought, and you never have that conversation mid-plank again.
Your schedule lives in your head, and one forgotten reschedule means two clients at the same slot or a wasted trip across town.
Clients book from your real availability, with buffers for travel between sessions. The calendar cannot double-book you, and reschedules update it instantly.
Client assessments, measurements and programme notes are scattered across chats, screenshots and a notes app that answers to no search.
One record per client holds assessments, session notes, payments and history. Open it before the session and the last workout is right there.
How it works
How a booking runs here
Your services on your link
A single session, an assessment, a ten-pack at your pack price. Each with its own duration and fee at operate1.com/p/your-name, or your own domain on Pro.
Clients book what is actually free
Your working hours, blocked days and travel buffers shape the offered slots. A 6 am client and a 7 am client across town can never collide.
Paid before the warm-up
UPI or card into your own account at booking. Your cancellation window and fee are published and applied automatically.
Notes land on the record
Session done, payment logged, programme notes attached to the client. Email reminders at 24 hours and 2 hours keep clients showing up.
What you get on day one
Sessions with travel buffers
Add buffer time around home-visit sessions so the calendar spaces bookings apart and never promises a slot you cannot reach.
Session packs, paid up front
Sell eight or twelve sessions as a prepaid bundle at your pack price. One payment, tracked on the client's record.
No more fee-chasing messages
Payment at booking through your own Razorpay or Stripe account, with zero operate1 commission on any plan.
Client history you can search
Assessments, measurements, injury flags and every session note on one record per client, owned by you.
Late cancellations, handled by policy
Publish your window and fee once. A 10 pm cancellation for a 6 am session stops being your problem to argue.
Know your real numbers
Revenue, repeat rate and no-shows per client and per service, read from actual bookings.
Not built yet, named plainly
Asked for by trainers, not built yet.
- Workout programming and plan delivery. operate1 runs bookings, payments and records; it is not a training-plan builder.
- Automatic session deduction from packs. A pack is a prepaid bundle; you count sessions on the record, and a credit ledger is on the roadmap.
- Google Calendar sync. Your operate1 calendar is the source of truth today.
- WhatsApp reminders and video call links for online coaching. Email reminders today; both are roadmap items.
Questions personal trainers ask us
I train clients at two different gyms. Does that work?
Yes. Set the hours you offer and use buffers to protect travel time between locations. What does not exist yet is separate multi-location management; it is one calendar shaped by your availability.
How do I sell a 12-session pack?
List it as a package at your pack price. The client pays once, up front, into your account, and you book and track the sessions on their record. Automatic per-session deduction is not built yet.
What if a client cancels at 10 pm for a 6 am session?
Your published policy answers for you. Set a cancellation window and a fee percentage, and the page applies it to the paid booking automatically when the cancellation is inside the window.
Is there a free plan while I build my client base?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit: your page, bookings and client records. Paid plans add online payment collection and more, at one flat monthly price.
