For spas and wellness studios

Fill the treatment rooms without the phone tag

For spas and wellness studios selling sixty and ninety minute treatments. Bookings respect room turnover time, payment is collected up front, and the therapist knows the client's preferences before the session starts.

Free plan, no card and no call. One flat monthly price when you upgrade, zero commission on payments, cancel yourself in the app.

    Who this is for

Written for the way spas actually run

    • Day spas with two to six treatment rooms and a small therapist team
    • Single-therapist massage and wellness studios working by appointment
    • Spas where the front desk spends hours a day on booking calls
    • Owners who lose money every time a ninety minute slot no-shows

    What operate1 replaces

A booking tool, a payment link, a client spreadsheet and a reminders routine, folded into one account at one flat monthly price.

Zero commission on every plan. You connect your own payment account and the money settles to you; we charge the subscription and nothing else.

Three things that go wrong every week

A no-show on a ninety minute deep tissue slot is the most expensive kind there is. The room was held, the therapist was paid, and nobody else could take it at ten minutes notice.

Treatments are paid for at booking. Combined with a published cancellation window and fee, the cost of a late cancellation moves back to the person who made the decision.

Back-to-back bookings leave no time to reset the room, so the 2 pm client waits in reception while the sheets are changed.

Buffers are part of the service definition. A ninety minute treatment can block one hundred and five minutes of calendar, and the booking page simply never offers the impossible slot.

The client who hates firm pressure and is allergic to a specific oil told you both things last visit. Whether tonight's therapist knows depends on who is on shift.

Preferences, contraindications and visit history live on the client record. Any therapist can read it in the two minutes before the session instead of re-asking on the table.

    How it works

    How a booking runs here

    1. The treatment menu is the page

Swedish, deep tissue, couples add-ons, each with its own duration and price at your own link. Clients browse the menu without calling reception.

    2. Slots include the reset time

Availability is built from working hours, existing bookings and per-service buffers, so the room always has its turnover minutes.

    3. Payment confirms the room

UPI, cards and net banking through your own gateway account. The booking holds only once it is paid, which is what makes the no-show maths work.

    4. The therapist reads the record

Intake answers, pressure preferences and past visits are on the client's record before they arrive. Email reminders go out at 24 hours and 2 hours.

What you get on day one

    Durations and buffers per treatment

A ninety minute massage with fifteen minutes of room reset is one service definition. The page never offers a slot the room cannot honour.

    Advance payment on every booking

Paid at booking through your own Razorpay or Stripe account, with zero operate1 commission on any plan.

    Intake before the first visit

Health flags, contraindications and preferences collected by a form whose answers land on the client record, not in an inbox.

    One record per client

Every visit, every payment and every note in one place, readable by whichever therapist is on shift.

    Treatment packages, prepaid

Sell a bundle of six massages at your bundle price, collected up front in one payment.

Reminders that empty the phone queue

Automatic email reminders at 24 hours and 2 hours before the session, unmetered on every plan.

    Not built yet, named plainly

What spas ask about that is not in the product yet.

    • A room-level resource view. Today availability is per practitioner, not per treatment room, so run one calendar per room or per therapist.
    • WhatsApp reminders. Reminders are email today; WhatsApp is on the roadmap.
    • Automatic credit deduction on packages. A package is a prepaid bundle today; sessions are counted on the record rather than by a ledger.
    • Gift cards and vouchers. Not built.

    Questions spas ask us

Can bookings include room turnaround time?

Yes. Buffers are set per service, so a ninety minute treatment can block extra minutes for the room reset and the booking page only offers slots that fit the whole thing.

Can I collect health information before the appointment?

Yes. Intake forms are built in, and the answers attach to the client's record rather than arriving as loose email, so contraindications are visible to the therapist before the session.

How do couples or duo treatments work?

List the duo session as its own service with its own duration and price. What does not exist yet is capacity-managed group booking, so each bookable slot is one booking.

Do clients have to pay online, or can they pay at the desk?

You choose per service. Advance payment is the default we recommend because it is what removes the no-show cost, but you can also take bookings without payment and settle at the desk.
