Sell the package. Stop chasing the fee
For Zumba, CrossFit-style, dance fitness and bootcamp studios selling classes in packages. Trials and sessions are booked from one page, packages are paid up front in one payment, and who actually attends stops being a mystery.
Free plan, no card and no call. One flat monthly price when you upgrade, zero commission on payments, cancel yourself in the app.

Who this is for
Written for the way fitness classes actually run
- Studios selling 12-class and monthly packages that are paid late or never
- Trainers running morning and evening batches at a rented hall
- Studios whose trial-class funnel leaks because booking means calling
- Owners who cannot say which batch or package actually makes money
What operate1 replaces
A booking tool, a payment link, a client spreadsheet and a reminders routine, folded into one account at one flat monthly price.
Zero commission on every plan. You connect your own payment account and the money settles to you; we charge the subscription and nothing else.
Three things that go wrong every week
Packages are sold on a promise and collected in instalments that need chasing. Half the admin week is fee recovery.
A package is paid in full, up front, on the page, into your own account. Selling and collecting become the same moment, and the recovery spreadsheet dies.
Trial students message on Instagram, get a voice-note reply, and half never book because booking was a conversation instead of a button.
The trial class is a service on your page with a real slot and a price, even if that price is zero. The funnel becomes link, slot, booked, and the record starts at the trial.
You know the 7 pm batch feels full and the 6 am batch feels thin, but pricing and schedule decisions are being made on vibes.
Bookings, revenue and repeat rate per service are real numbers in analytics. Which slot, which package and which price carry the month becomes readable.
How it works
How a booking runs here
Trials, sessions and packages on one page
A trial class, a drop-in session, an eight-class package at your bundle price. Each batch time listed as its own bookable service.
Students book a real slot
Your schedule, closed days and buffers shape availability. The page offers only times you actually run.
Packages paid in one payment
UPI, card or net banking through your own Razorpay account, with zero operate1 commission. A sold package is a collected package.
Attendance lands on the record
Sessions, payments and notes accumulate per member. Email reminders at 24 hours and 2 hours protect the evening batch.
What you get on day one
Session packages, prepaid
Eight, twelve or twenty sessions at your bundle price, paid once up front. Sessions are tracked on the member's record.
Batch times as services
The 6 am HIIT batch and the 7 pm dance batch are separate bookable services with their own timings and prices.
Fees collected at booking
UPI and cards into your own account. No instalment chasing, no screenshot reconciliation.
A trial funnel that converts
The trial class is one link with real slots. From Instagram bio to booked trial without a conversation.
Members, not just names
Each member's sessions, payments, package purchases and notes on one record the studio owns.
Which batch pays the rent
Revenue and repeat rate per service and per member, from real bookings rather than a register.
Not built yet, named plainly
What class studios ask for that is not built yet.
- Class capacity limits, headcounts and waitlists. Each bookable slot is one booking today, so the page cannot yet enforce a 25-person cap on a batch.
- Recurring memberships and auto-debit. Packages are prepaid bundles a member buys again when they run out.
- Automatic session deduction from packages. Sessions are counted on the record; a credit ledger is on the roadmap.
- WhatsApp reminders. Email today, WhatsApp on the roadmap.
Questions fitness classes ask us
Can 25 students book into the same 7 pm batch?
Not as a capacity-managed class yet; each bookable slot is one booking today. Studios use the page for trials, 1:1 sessions and package sales, and run batch attendance against the member records. Capacity-managed classes are on the roadmap.
How does a 12-class package work?
You list it at your bundle price and the member pays the whole amount up front into your account. Attendance is tracked on their record; there is no automatic credit deduction or expiry clock yet.
Can the trial class be free?
Yes. Set the trial's fee to zero and it books like any other service. The student lands on a record from day one, so when they buy a package their history is already there.
What does operate1 charge per booking?
Nothing. Plans are one flat monthly price with zero commission on payments. The only per-transaction cost is your payment gateway's own processing fee.
