Parents book and enquire online
A demo class or admission slot is booked against your real availability. An intake form collects the student's school, class and syllabus board, and the answers land on the record.
Fees are paid through your own account
UPI, card or net banking through your own Razorpay account, with zero operate1 commission on every plan. A monthly fee is the parent paying the listed batch fee each month.
Reminders and records run themselves
Email reminders go out at 24 hours and 2 hours before a booked session. Every payment and booking accumulates on the student's record.

Not built yet, named plainly
Things tuition teachers ask us for that are not built yet. Better you read it here than find out in week two.
- Batch capacity, per-student attendance and waitlists. Each bookable slot is one booking today, so a batch is listed as a service and fees are collected against it, but the software does not cap headcount or mark attendance for a shared batch slot.
- WhatsApp reminders to parents. Reminders are email today; WhatsApp delivery is on the roadmap.
- Automatic monthly fee billing. A monthly fee is the parent paying the listed fee each month; auto-charging a saved card or mandate is not built.
- Test marks, study material and a parent portal. operate1 handles bookings, fees and records, not exam management.
Questions tuition and coaching classes ask us
Can I collect monthly tuition fees through this?
Yes, as a listed fee the parent pays each month. You list the batch with its monthly fee, share the link, and the parent pays by UPI through your own account. What does not exist is automatic recurring billing; each month's payment is made by the parent.
Can I manage a batch of 20 students in one slot?
You can list the batch as a service and collect each student's fee against their own record. What is not built yet is capacity management: the software does not cap the batch at 20 or track per-student attendance inside a shared slot.
Do parents need to install an app?
No. Your page is a link that opens in any browser. Parents book a demo or pay a fee from their phone, and confirmations and reminders arrive by email.
Do you take a cut of the fees?
No. operate1 takes zero commission on every plan. Fees go through your own Razorpay account and the only per-transaction cost is the gateway's own processing fee.
