- Test series, marks and study material. operate1 runs bookings, fees and student records, not exam management.
- A parent portal and WhatsApp updates. Reminders are email today; WhatsApp and a parent login are on the roadmap.
- Tax invoices and instalment auto-billing. Payments are recorded per student; invoice generation and auto-charged instalments are not built.
Questions exam coaching institutes ask us
Can this replace our admission register?
For the enquiry-to-enrolment trail, yes. Every counselling booking creates a record with the intake answers, and every payment lands on it dated. What it does not replace is academic management: tests, marks and attendance stay in your existing system.
How do we collect course fees in instalments?
List each instalment as its own priced service and the parent pays it online when due. Payments sit on the student's record so pending instalments are visible. Automatic charging on a due date is not built; each payment is made by the parent.
Can multiple counsellors take bookings?
Yes. Each counsellor has their own bookable hours and parents book a specific slot. Team seats are unlimited at one flat monthly price, and role-based access controls who sees what.
Is our student data safe and ours?
It is yours. Records sit in the institute's account with role-based access, and you can ask for a full export of everything we hold at any time.
