Your hands are busy. Let the page take bookings
For nail salons and independent nail artists. A full set and a fill are different lengths and prices, clients book and pay online, and the design reference from last visit is saved on their record instead of buried in chat.
Free plan, no card and no call. One flat monthly price when you upgrade, zero commission on payments, cancel yourself in the app.

Who this is for
Written for the way nail salons actually run
- Nail studios where the artist cannot touch a phone for hours at a time
- Independent nail artists working from home or a rented station
- Salons where fills get booked into full-set slots and wreck the day
- Artists whose Instagram DMs have become an unpaid booking job
What operate1 replaces
A booking tool, a payment link, a client spreadsheet and a reminders routine, folded into one account at one flat monthly price.
Zero commission on every plan. You connect your own payment account and the money settles to you; we charge the subscription and nothing else.
Three things that go wrong every week
You cannot answer the phone with a brush in one hand and a client's fingers in the other, so bookings wait for the break that never comes.
The booking link lives in your Instagram bio. Clients pick the service, see real availability and pay, all without you touching the phone until the set is done.
A client books a fill but actually needs a full set with removal, and now the schedule is broken for the rest of the day.
Each service carries its own honest duration and price on the page, described in plain words. Removal plus full set blocks the time it really takes, so the next client's slot survives.
No-shows hurt twice: the slot is gone and the prep was done. Asking for an advance over chat feels awkward every single time.
The page asks for the payment so you never have to. Booking means paying, and your cancellation window and fee are published policy rather than a personal argument.
How it works
How a booking runs here
Service menu with real timings
Gel polish, acrylic full set, fill, removal, art add-on time. Each with its own duration and price so the calendar stays truthful.
The link does the DM triage
One link in the bio replaces the price-list screenshot and the back and forth. Clients book from the page directly.
Paid at booking
UPI and cards through your own account. The slot holds when payment clears, and your late-cancel policy is applied automatically.
The record remembers the set
Notes and history per client: shape, length, the colour they always come back to. Reminders go out by email at 24 hours and 2 hours.
What you get on day one
Slot lengths that match the work
A fill and a sculpted full set are not the same appointment. Each service blocks the time it actually takes.
Advance payment without the awkward ask
Paid at booking by UPI or card into your own account. Zero commission from operate1 on any plan.
A record per regular
Preferred shape, length, past services and what they paid, attached to the person rather than scattered across chats.
A late-cancel policy that enforces itself
Publish the window and the fee once. The page applies it, so you never have that conversation again.
A page worth putting in the bio
Your services, prices and available times on a hosted page, with a custom domain on Pro.
Know which services carry the month
Revenue per service and per client from real bookings, so you can see whether art add-ons actually pay for their time.
Not built yet, named plainly
Asked for by nail artists, not built yet.
- WhatsApp reminders and confirmations. Email today, WhatsApp on the roadmap.
- Photo attachments on the client record for design references. Today notes are text.
- Instagram booking buttons inside the app itself. Today the page link lives in your bio, which works, but it is a link rather than a native button.
- Deposits as a partial payment. Today a booking collects the full service price; a separate deposit amount is not built.
Questions nail salons ask us
Can I take bookings through Instagram?
By link, yes. Put your booking page link in the bio and in your story highlights, and clients book from there. A native Instagram booking button integration is not built.
Can I charge a deposit instead of the full amount?
Not yet. Today the page collects the full service price at booking, which most artists find works better anyway. A configurable deposit amount is on the roadmap.
What if a service runs over, like a repair mid-appointment?
Buffers help you plan for it: give services breathing room so one overrun does not cascade. For a genuinely longer job, list removal and repair as separate services with their own time.
Is there a fee per booking?
No. Plans are flat monthly prices with zero commission on payments. The only per-transaction cost is your payment gateway's own processing fee, which goes to the gateway.
