Beauty at their door, bookings off your phone
For beauticians and salon-at-home services working across a city. Clients book and pay online, travel buffers keep two far-apart visits from landing back to back, and the address, allergy note and service history are on the record before you ring the bell.
Free plan, no card and no call. One flat monthly price when you upgrade, zero commission on payments, cancel yourself in the app.

Who this is for
Written for the way salon at home and beauticians actually run
- Independent beauticians doing facials, waxing and mehndi at homes
- Salon-at-home teams covering different areas of one city
- Beauticians who have travelled an hour to a cancelled appointment
- Anyone quoting slots from memory while riding between visits
What operate1 replaces
A booking tool, a payment link, a client spreadsheet and a reminders routine, folded into one account at one flat monthly price.
Zero commission on every plan. You connect your own payment account and the money settles to you; we charge the subscription and nothing else.
Three things that go wrong every week
A no-show at a salon costs the slot. A no-show at a home visit costs the slot, the travel there and the travel back, and you find out at the doorstep.
Visits are paid at booking, and your cancellation window and fee are published and applied automatically. A client with money on the visit answers the door, and a late cancellation is no longer free.
Two bookings that look fine in a diary are forty minutes apart by road, and the second client spends half an hour calling to ask where you are.
Travel buffers are part of each service, so the page simply never offers a slot you cannot physically reach. The calendar accounts for the city, not just the clock.
Addresses, gate codes and the client's skin notes are spread across chat threads, and finding the right flat means scrolling months of messages.
The intake form collects address and preferences at booking, and everything lands on the client's record. Before each visit you read one screen, not one thread.
How it works
How a booking runs here
Your services, priced for home visits
Facial, waxing, bridal trial, each with its home-visit price and honest duration on your page, with your own domain on Pro.
Slots respect the road
Working hours plus per-service travel buffers shape what the page offers, so back-to-back bookings across town cannot happen.
Paid before you travel
UPI, card or net banking through your own Razorpay account at booking. The visit is confirmed when the payment clears, and operate1 takes zero commission.
The doorbell is the easy part
Address and preferences from the intake form sit on the record, email reminders go out at 24 hours and 2 hours, and the visit and payment file themselves.
What you get on day one
Travel buffers on every service
Add the minutes the road takes around each visit, and the booking page never promises a slot your scooter cannot keep.
Advance payment kills the doorstep no-show
Paid at booking into your own account, with a published cancellation window and fee. Wasted journeys stop being part of the job.
Address and notes at booking
The intake form collects the address, landmark and preferences when the client books, and the answers attach to their record.
A record per household
Visit history, payments, skin notes and allergy flags per client, on your phone before you knock.
Reminders so someone is home
Automatic email reminders at 24 hours and 2 hours before the visit, unmetered on every plan.
Bridal and festival packages, prepaid
Sell a bridal or festival package at your bundle price, collected up front in one payment instead of instalments over chat.
Not built yet, named plainly
What home-visit beauticians ask about that is not built yet.
- Route planning or area-wise scheduling. Buffers hold time between visits, but the system does not plan your route or group bookings by locality.
- Live location sharing or an on-my-way message. Not built.
- WhatsApp reminders and confirmations. Email today; WhatsApp is on the roadmap.
- Deposits as a partial payment. A booking collects the full service price today; a separate deposit amount is not built.
Questions salon at home and beauticians ask us
How does travel time between appointments work?
You set a buffer on each service, and the calendar holds that time around every booking. The page only offers slots that fit the service plus the buffer, so two distant visits cannot be booked back to back.
What if the client is not home when I arrive?
The visit was paid at booking, so the journey is not free for the client the way a phone booking would be. Your published cancellation window and fee also apply to late cancellations automatically.
How do I get the client's address?
Through the intake form at booking: address, landmark, gate instructions, whatever you ask. Answers land on the client's record instead of a chat thread you have to scroll.
Can I limit bookings to areas I serve?
Not by pincode; there is no service-area filter yet. Beauticians handle this by stating covered areas on the page and in the intake form, and by keeping generous travel buffers.
