    Who this is for

Written for the way cleaning and pest control actually run

    • Cleaning services running deep cleans, sofa and kitchen jobs
    • Pest control operators doing home and commercial treatments
    • Teams that lose mornings to booking calls and callback tag
    • Operators tired of reaching a flat where nobody answers

    What operate1 replaces

A booking tool, a payment link, a client spreadsheet and a reminders routine, folded into one account at one flat monthly price.

Zero commission on every plan. You connect your own payment account and the money settles to you; we charge the subscription and nothing else.

Three things that go wrong every week

A two-hour bathroom clean and a full-day empty-house deep clean get booked into the same vague morning slot, and the day collapses by noon.

Each service carries its own honest duration and price. A deep clean blocks the hours it really takes, with buffer for travel and setup, so the page cannot overpromise your team's day.

Cash on completion means arguing about the quote at the door, and sometimes travelling to a job that cancels while you are on the way.

The price is on the page and paid at booking through your own account. The visit is funded before anyone loads the van, and your cancellation window and fee handle the late backouts.

A customer calls about a follow-up treatment and nobody remembers what was done, when, or what was sprayed the last time.

Every visit, payment and note lives on the customer's record. What was treated, which chemicals the customer flagged, and when the next round is due, read in seconds when they call.

    How it works

    How a booking runs here

    1. Services listed like a rate card

Kitchen deep clean, full home clean, general pest treatment, termite visit. Each with a fixed price and an honest visit length on your page.

    2. Customers pick a real slot

Availability comes from your working hours, existing visits and travel buffers, so the schedule your team sees is one they can actually keep.

    3. Paid at booking, not at the door

UPI, cards and net banking through your own Razorpay account, zero operate1 commission. The job is confirmed when payment clears.

    4. The visit lands on the record

Address and access notes from the intake form, the work done and the payment, all on the customer's record for the next call. Email reminders go out at 24 hours and 2 hours.

What you get on day one

Visit slots that match the work

A one-hour treatment and a full-day deep clean are different bookings. Each service blocks its real duration plus travel buffer.

    Advance payment, fixed price

The price on the page is the price paid at booking, into your own account. No doorstep negotiation, no wasted trips to cancelled jobs.

    Job history per customer

Every visit, treatment note and payment on one record, so repeat customers and follow-up treatments start from what is written down.

Site details before the team leaves

Address, property size, parking and access collected by the intake form at booking, attached to the record.

The whole crew, one flat price

Add every team member without per-seat charges, with role-based access so the office manages what the field does not need to.

    Which services carry the month

Bookings and revenue per service from real data, so you know whether sofa cleaning deserves its slot on the page.

    Not built yet, named plainly

What cleaning and pest control operators ask for that is not built yet.

    • Technician dispatch, route planning or live tracking. Bookings land on a calendar; assigning crews to the day's route stays with you.
    • Job cards, checklists or before-and-after photos on the record. Notes are text today.
    • Automatic recurring service contracts. A quarterly treatment is rebooked manually; there is no auto-generated schedule.
    • WhatsApp confirmations. Email today; WhatsApp is on the roadmap.

Questions cleaning and pest control ask us

Can customers book a fixed-price service without a site visit?

Yes, that is the model this fits best. List services at fixed prices with honest durations, and customers book and pay directly. For jobs that genuinely need a quote first, list an inspection visit as its own low-priced service.

How do you handle jobs of different lengths?

Each service has its own duration, so a two-hour treatment and an eight-hour deep clean block exactly what they take, plus whatever travel buffer you set. The page never offers a slot the day cannot hold.

Does it plan routes for my technicians?

No. Bookings, payments and customer records are the product; route planning and dispatch are not built, and we would rather tell you here. Travel buffers keep the schedule physically possible in the meantime.

    Can I see a customer's past treatments?

Yes. Every visit, note and payment sits on the customer's record, so when someone calls about a follow-up you can read what was done and when before you answer.
