The owner books online. You already know the dog
For pet groomers and small veterinary practices. Owners book a grooming slot or consultation and pay online, and the pet's notes, nervous around clippers, sensitive skin, bites when rushed, are on the record before the appointment starts.
Free plan, no card and no call. One flat monthly price when you upgrade, zero commission on payments, cancel yourself in the app.

Who this is for
Written for the way pet grooming and vets actually run
- Pet grooming studios and mobile groomers with regular clients
- Small veterinary clinics booking consultations by appointment
- Groomers whose day is planned around which dog takes how long
- Anyone whose booking system is a phone that rings mid-groom
What operate1 replaces
A booking tool, a payment link, a client spreadsheet and a reminders routine, folded into one account at one flat monthly price.
Zero commission on every plan. You connect your own payment account and the money settles to you; we charge the subscription and nothing else.
Three things that go wrong every week
A Shih Tzu full groom and a short-coat bath are wildly different jobs, but phone bookings squeeze them into identical slots and the queue backs up by noon.
Each grooming service has its own honest duration and price. A full groom with dematting blocks the time it truly takes, so the day the page builds is a day you can deliver.
The things that matter about an animal, temperament, skin issues, the cut the owner actually wants, live in one groomer's memory and vanish on their day off.
Pet details from the intake form and your notes from every visit sit on the owner's record. Whoever takes the appointment reads the pet's story before the leash comes off.
No-shows leave a groomer standing idle in a fully-booked day, and the owner who forgot feels no cost at all.
Appointments are paid at booking through your own account, with a published cancellation window and fee. Forgetting stops being free, and email reminders at 24 hours and 2 hours make forgetting rare.
How it works
How a booking runs here
Services sized to the animal
Bath and brush, full groom, dematting, nail trim, vet consultation. Each with its own duration and price on your page, with your own domain on Pro.
The intake asks about the pet
Breed, age, temperament, vaccination status and health flags collected when the owner books, filed on the record.
Paid when booked
UPI, cards and net banking through your own Razorpay account, zero operate1 commission. The slot confirms when payment clears.
Every visit adds to the story
The groom notes, the vet's observations and the payment land on the owner's record, ready for the next visit.
What you get on day one
Grooming slots that fit the coat
A double-coated full groom and a quick nail trim block different amounts of the day. Each service carries its real duration.
Pet notes on the record
Temperament, coat condition, skin flags and the owner's preferred cut, kept on the record and read before every appointment.
Intake that asks about the animal
Breed, vaccination status and health flags collected at booking through your own form, with answers on the record.
Paid bookings, fewer empty tables
Payment at booking into your own account, and a published cancellation window and fee that apply themselves.
Grooming packages, prepaid
Sell a bundle of monthly grooms at your bundle price, collected up front in one payment.
Every groomer, one flat price
Add the whole team without per-seat charges. Each groomer has their own services and bookable hours.
Not built yet, named plainly
What pet businesses ask for that is not built yet.
- Automatic vaccination reminders. Vaccination status can live on the record via intake and notes, but the system does not track due dates or send vaccine reminders on its own.
- Separate profiles per pet. The record is per owner today; multi-pet households are handled with named notes on the owner's record.
- Photo attachments for before-and-after grooms. Notes are text today.
- WhatsApp reminders. Email today; WhatsApp is on the roadmap.
Questions pet grooming and vets ask us
Can I keep notes about a pet's temperament and health?
Yes. Intake answers and your visit notes sit on the owner's record, so warnings like nervous with dryers or sensitive skin are read before the appointment, not discovered during it.
What if an owner has more than one pet?
The record is per owner, so a multi-pet household is one record with clearly named notes per animal. Separate per-pet profiles are not built yet, and we would rather say so here.
Do you send vaccination due-date reminders?
No. You can record vaccination status through intake and notes, but there is no automated vaccination reminder system. The reminders operate1 sends are email appointment reminders at 24 hours and 2 hours.
Can owners book a specific groomer?
Yes. Each groomer has their own services and availability, so regulars can book the person their dog already trusts, and the whole team is covered by one flat monthly price.
