For appliance repair and AMC service providers

Every visit on the calendar, every customer on a record

For appliance repair services and AMC providers running visits all day. Customers book a slot and pay online, the machine's service history is on their record before the technician arrives, and repeat AMC visits build a history you can actually read.

Free plan, no card and no call. One flat monthly price when you upgrade, zero commission on payments, cancel yourself in the app.

    Who this is for

Written for the way repair and amc visits actually run

    • AC, appliance and electronics repair services doing home visits
    • AMC providers servicing the same customers several times a year
    • Workshops where one phone line is the entire booking system
    • Owners who cannot say when a customer's machine was last serviced

    What operate1 replaces

A booking tool, a payment link, a client spreadsheet and a reminders routine, folded into one account at one flat monthly price.

Zero commission on every plan. You connect your own payment account and the money settles to you; we charge the subscription and nothing else.

Three things that go wrong every week

Service calls promise a vague sometime-after-lunch, the customer waits at home for hours, and half your phone time is soothing people who feel forgotten.

The page offers real visit slots built from working hours, existing bookings and travel buffers. The customer books 2 pm and gets email reminders, and 2 pm is a promise the calendar can keep.

An AMC customer calls with a complaint and their history is a guess. Which visits happened, what was replaced, whether they even paid, nobody is sure.

Every visit, note and payment sits on the customer's record. When the AMC customer calls, you open one record and see the whole relationship: visits done, parts noted, amounts paid.

Visit charges collected in cash at the door leak: some are waived under pressure, some never make it back, and the books never quite balance.

The visit charge is paid online at booking through your own account. The price is published, the payment is recorded against the customer, and reconciliation is reading a screen.

    How it works

    How a booking runs here

    1. Visit types with clear prices

AC service, inspection visit, repair slot, AMC visit. Each listed with its charge and an honest slot length on your page.

    2. The customer books a slot, not a sometime

Real availability with travel buffers between visits, so the schedule your technicians ride out with is one they can keep.

    3. The visit charge is paid up front

UPI, card or net banking through your own Razorpay account at booking, zero operate1 commission. No cash to carry back.

    4. The record becomes the service book

What was done, what was noted and what was paid land on the customer's record, so the next visit, AMC or breakdown, starts informed.

What you get on day one

    Visit slots, not vague windows

Each visit type has its own duration and travel buffer, so bookings land at times your team can actually make.

    AMC visits on one record

Book each AMC visit against the same customer and the record becomes the machine's service history: every visit, note and payment in order.

    Visit charges paid online

Published prices paid at booking into your own account. No doorstep cash, no leakage, no month-end mystery.

    The customer's whole history

Past visits, complaint notes and payments on one record, open before the technician rings the bell.

    The complaint, captured at booking

Appliance, model, symptom and address collected by the intake form, so the technician arrives knowing the job.

    Reminders that keep customers home

Automatic email reminders at 24 hours and 2 hours before the visit, on every plan.

    Not built yet, named plainly

What repair and AMC providers ask about that is not built yet.

    • AMC contract auto-scheduling. The system does not generate the year's visits from a contract; each repeat visit is booked manually, and the record holds the history.
    • Job cards, spare-part inventory or parts billing. Notes on the record are text; there is no inventory or job card module.
    • Technician dispatch, route planning or live tracking. Assigning the day's visits to technicians stays with you.
    • WhatsApp updates to customers. Email today; WhatsApp is on the roadmap.

Questions repair and amc visits ask us

How do AMC customers work in operate1?

Each AMC customer is a record. You book their periodic visits against it, and every visit, note and payment accumulates there. The contract's visits are booked manually; auto-scheduling from a contract is not built, and we say so plainly.

Can customers describe the problem when they book?

Yes. The intake form asks whatever you need, appliance, brand, symptom, address, and the answers attach to the booking and the customer's record, so the technician arrives briefed.

What about the actual repair cost, beyond the visit charge?

The booking collects the published visit or service charge. Parts and additional work discovered on site are settled between you and the customer; there is no parts billing module, so many services note the extra amount on the record.

Do late cancellations cost the customer anything?

If you want them to. You publish a cancellation window and fee percentage once, and it is applied to the paid booking automatically when a cancellation lands inside the window.
