No. operate1 runs the booking, payment and patient record side. Reports stay in your lab software or your existing delivery process, and we would rather be excellent at the front door than mediocre at both.
Can patients book a home collection?
Yes. List home collection as its own service with its fee and slot length, add travel buffers, and patients book and pay online. Your phlebotomist gets a schedule instead of a call list.
How many slots can we run in parallel?
One calendar takes one booking per slot. Labs with several draw stations run a calendar per station or per phlebotomist under one account, all covered by the same flat price.
Can we put fasting instructions on the booking?
Yes. Instructions written into the service description appear when the patient books, and the confirmation and reminder emails point back to the booking details.
