The same child, every week, without the weekly phone call
For speech therapists, occupational therapists and paediatric practices where the same families come back week after week. Parents book and pay online, packages are sold up front, and the child's progress notes live on one record instead of across three notebooks.
Free plan, no card and no call. One flat monthly price when you upgrade, zero commission on payments, cancel yourself in the app.

Who this is for
Written for the way speech and occupational therapy actually run
- Speech and occupational therapists seeing mostly paediatric clients
- Small therapy centres where two or three therapists share the rooms
- Practices selling blocks of eight or twelve sessions to families
- Therapists whose evenings go to rescheduling messages from parents
What operate1 replaces
A booking tool, a payment link, a client spreadsheet and a reminders routine, folded into one account at one flat monthly price.
Zero commission on every plan. You connect your own payment account and the money settles to you; we charge the subscription and nothing else.
Three things that go wrong every week
The same ten families rebook every week, and every week that means ten rounds of messages about which slot, which therapist and whether Thursday works this time.
Parents book from your page against your real availability, and a regular family simply books their usual slot again in a few taps. The weekly negotiation becomes a weekly click.
Selling a block of twelve sessions means tracking who has used how many, collected how much, and who quietly stopped coming at session seven.
Sell the block as a prepaid package at your bundle price, collected up front in one payment. Sessions and payments then accumulate on the child's record, so how many have happened is a thing you read, not reconstruct. There is no automatic credit ledger, and we say so below.
Progress notes for a child are scattered between the therapist's diary, a WhatsApp thread with the parent and memory, so a therapist covering a session starts nearly blind.
Every session note sits on the child's record alongside intake answers and history. A covering therapist reads the last four sessions in two minutes, and the parent conversation is grounded in what is written down.
How it works
How a booking runs here
Parents see real slots, not a phone queue
Assessment, individual session and review each listed with duration and fee on your page. Parents book around school hours without calling the centre.
Intake covers the child properly
Your intake form collects history, concerns, school details and consent from the parent before the first visit, and the answers land on the record.
Payment up front, packages up front
Single sessions are paid at booking. A block of sessions is sold as a prepaid package in one payment through your own Razorpay account, with zero operate1 commission.
Reminders reach the parent, notes reach the record
Email reminders at 24 hours and 2 hours go to the parent, and each session's note and payment lands on the child's record.
What you get on day one
Built for the weekly regular
Recurring families rebook their usual session from the page in moments, and the whole run of visits builds up on one record.
Session blocks, prepaid
Sell eight or twelve sessions as one package at your bundle price, collected up front in a single payment.
The child's record, complete
Intake answers, session notes, attendance and payments on one record any covering therapist can read before the session.
Parent intake and consent
History, concerns and consent collected from the parent before the first appointment, filed on the record rather than an inbox.
Reminders parents actually get
Automatic email reminders at 24 hours and 2 hours before every session, unmetered on every plan.
Every therapist, one flat price
Add the whole centre without per-seat charges. Each therapist has their own services and bookable hours.
Not built yet, named plainly
What therapy practices ask about that is not in the product yet.
- Automatic credit deduction on packages. A package is a prepaid bundle today; remaining sessions are counted from the record, not by a ledger, and there is no expiry countdown.
- Automatic recurring scheduling. A weekly standing slot is rebooked by the parent or by you; the system does not generate the series on its own.
- WhatsApp messages to parents. Reminders and confirmations are email today; WhatsApp is on the roadmap.
- In-product teletherapy or video sessions. Not built. A therapist can paste their own meeting link into a service description as a workaround.
Questions speech and occupational therapy ask us
How do prepaid session packages work?
You list the block, say twelve sessions, at your bundle price, and the parent pays once up front. Each session then lands on the child's record, so you can see how many have happened. There is no automatic credit ledger deducting sessions; the record is the count.
Can parents book the same slot every week?
They can rebook it, yes. The page shows your real availability, so a family's usual Thursday 4 pm is a few taps to book again each week. What does not exist is an automatic repeating series; each session is a booking.
Can another therapist cover a session and know the history?
Yes. The child's intake answers, session notes and visit history are on one record inside the practice account, and role-based access controls who on the team can read what.
Do reminders go to the parent or the child?
To whoever booked, which for paediatric work is the parent. Email reminders go out automatically at 24 hours and 2 hours before the session on every plan.
